How it Works.

Get amazing cleaning in 7 simple steps

The kitchen exhaust system captures grease produced by cooking and directs it through the hood, baffle filters, plenum, grease ducts, fan, and either vents it into the air or collects it in a grease tray beneath the fan. Regular cleaning, as specified by NFPA 96, helps to prevent dangerous grease buildup and reduces fire hazards.

Preparation

We cover the cleaning area with new plastic sheeting.

Grease Collection

We use a plastic funnel under the hood to direct the grease into a safe drainage system, preventing it from contaminating the floor drain.

Hood Cleaning

We clean and polish the hood, removing grease and grime.

Duct Cleaning

We clean both vertical and horizontal ducts, accessing them through available panels.

Fan Maintenance

We thoroughly clean the exhaust fan.

Floor Cleaning

We mop the floor after cleaning to ensure no grease or water is left behind.

Certification

We attach a Certificate of Performance with the service date and lead technician's name, per NFPA 96 guidelines.
